Biography Colyer, Ted (1947 - )
Ted Colyer was born in Canada. He graduated from Mount Allison University, after which he moved to Japan and studied woodblock printmaking under Toshi Yoshida at the Yoshida Studio. Ted Colyer is a regular exhibitor at the prestigious CWAJ print shows in Tokyo. His works are in the collections of many Canadian and Japanese museums. After spending 17 years in Japan he returned to Canada in 1988, where he still lives and works. He is also very successful as a painter. |
